Cruisers Pack Into Biloxi's Downtown

GCN Photo Story by Keith Burton   10/8/08

Music, custom cars and a lot of fun filled Biloxi's downtown Wednesday as the city hosted cruisers from Cruisin' the Coast.

The cars, and a few custom trucks, filled streets from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard south to U.S. 90 near the Hard Rock Casino. Thousands of people were on hand to view the event while participants shared war stories on what it took to rebuild their cars to better than new condition. The variety of vehicles was truly amazing to see. From sedans to hotrods, each vehicle reflected the personal vision of its owner. Some cars were highly modified, others were restored to factory condition.

The following are some photos of the event in Biloxi

Cruisers will be gathering Thursday in D'Iberville at the Civic Center next to City Hall and in Downtown Ocean Springs. Click here for a complete schedule of Cruisin the Coast events.
