  Biloxi City Council to Resume Budget Talks, Discus Rezoning From: City of Biloxi Vincent Creel Filed 8.18/.08 GCN Members of the Biloxi City Council will resume budget talks with Mayor A.J. Holloway during a 9 a.m. meeting on Tuesday, and council members will conduct their regularly scheduled meeting at 1:30 p.m. Both meetings will be at City Hall and are open to the public. Among the issues on the afternoon agenda: possible zoning changes to two beachfront areas, the Seashore Manor site and 80 acres of land in east Biloxi, between Dukate and Kuhn streets.
