More than 5,200 custom and classic cars were registered in the 2002 Cruisin' the Coast Event held on the Mississippi Coast in October. These photos are of a parade down Jeff Davis Avenue in Long Beach Wednesday evening, Oct 9, as part of the weeklong Cruisin' the Coast event.  Coast tourism officials say Cruisin' the Coast has more than a $12-million economic impact.
